I was flabbergasted but flattered to be named the keynote speaker and one of the honorees for Madison Magazine's Best of Madison Business event in 2024. Congrats also went to my fellow recipients: Camille Carter of the Madison Black Chamber of Commerce; James Butman of TDS Telecommunications LLC; and Alan S. Kaplan, MD of UW Health. Kudos also to Nick Myers of RedFox AI, who is the Brian Howell Excellence in Innovation Award winner. My comments focused on what's really best about Greater Madison.
